I can't believe that Jacob is already two years old! Kids grow up so fast. It seems weird to remember him in the NICU at Primary Children's Hospital and then to see how strong and energetic he is now.

That kid is full of spirit for sure!!! I can't imagine my life without him. He has brought so much joy to my life. Thanks for sharing him with me like he was my own. I miss him so much when I don't get to see him for more than 2 days. I love you Jake!!!
